We started because our own grills kept failing

The first FeetonBBQ burner was welded together at the back of a family workshop in Yangjiang, Guangdong — the city that turns out three quarters of China's knives and scissors, and where almost everyone we know works in steel. We had spent years forging tools for other people's brands, so we had seen the pattern before: grills sold as weatherproof, rusted through the firebox inside eighteen months.

So the test we set ourselves is local and unforgiving. Anything we sell has to come through a Guangdong summer outdoors — the wet season, the salt air off the South China Sea, the tail end of a typhoon — hold temperature on a windy day, and be repairable rather than disposable. That is why the tools are forged here in Yangjiang, why we keep spare gaskets, grates and igniters for everything we have ever sold, and why the stock that reaches you sits in Austin and Rotterdam.

One warehouse, two markets

Everything we sell leaves the same floor the tools are forged on, in Yangjiang, Guangdong. North America and Europe still get their own fittings and paperwork — only the route out is the same.

Duty-paid EU delivery

Straight from our Yangjiang warehouse Orders are picked, packed and checked on the same floor the tools are forged on, then handed to the carrier within 2–3 business days. No distributor stock and no second markup in between.

US stock, US support

Tracked from the day it leaves You get a tracking number the day your parcel leaves Yangjiang. Typical transit is [5–15] business days to North America and [5–15] business days to Europe. Questions go to the team that packed it, and we reply within one business day.

Configured per market

Configured per market Grills ship in LPG or natural-gas configuration with the hose, regulator and documentation each market requires, so nothing needs adapting on arrival.
